How to Acquire and Master the Gorgofex Wonder Weapon in Reckoning (CoD: Black Ops 6 Zombies)
1. Power Activation & Puzzle Initialization
After activating the power and unlocking Pack-a-Punch, head to the T1 Mutant Research Lab via the right elevator. Near the Deadshot Daiquiri perk machine, a static-filled terminal displays a randomized word—note its first letter. Then move to the Mutant Research Test Area, beside the cryo-tube containing Richtofen’s wife and child. There, another terminal shows a second word; again, capture its first letter.
2. Decode Periodic Table & Unlock Secret Lab
Use those two letters to locate the corresponding element on the periodic table in the same room. Retrieve its atomic number and use it as a 3-digit code (pad with a leading zero if necessary, e.g. 085) at the keypad upstairs to gain access to the hidden lab.
3. Harvest the Cyst with Zombie Essence
Inside, you'll find a plant-like cyst in a metal cabinet. Stand before it and let zombies—and sometimes vermin—die close enough so the cyst can absorb their essence. After six successful absorbations (indicated by glowing orbs and sound cues), the cyst becomes retrievable.
4. Charge the Cyst with Mushrooms
Return to the spawn area, take the left elevator to the T1 Quantum Computing Core, and parachute down to the mushroom-filled cavern. Approach three yellow mushrooms; the cyst will automatically drain their energy—do this swiftly while staying alert to incoming zombies.
5. Initiate Power Surge & Trigger the Boss
Head to the Dark Entity Containment zone. Locate computer terminals with green text prompting an Initiate Power Surge and interact in rapid sequence—four times in total—to successfully initiate the final stage. Failure resets the process.
6. Confront Uberklaus, Don't Kill Him
You’ll face Uberklaus, a mech-suited Klaus. Rather than outright killing him, target the purple shoulder armor. Lure him onto the electrified platform to immobilize him and trigger phase two. When he emerges, dodge his flying Klaus drones while bringing him down. Upon victory, a glowing orb appears—inside lies the Gorgofex Wonder Weapon.
7. Bonus: Alternative Acquisition Methods
Don’t forget that the Gorgofex can also be obtained via the Mystery Box—especially with the Wonderbar Gobble Gum, which guarantees a Wonder Weapon (not necessarily the Gorgofex). This is essential if teammates also need a chance to obtain one.
